Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead

What you will do

• Drive alignment across global People processes with process owners and senior People leadership.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters.
• Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance on controls, segregation of duties and secure access to People data.
• Translate People needs into technical requirements and help shape the Workday roadmap and backlog.
• Identify and deliver scalable opportunities to simplify and automate People processes using AI and emerging technologies.
• Lead performance and compensation cycles, change management, communication, documentation and training.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
