Order Management Specialist

What you will do

• Manage customer order backlogs, scheduling, cancellations, inventory allocation, overdue orders, and large-order execution.
• Ensure accurate delivery dates, pricing, fulfillment, and order execution.
• Monitor on-time delivery and fulfillment metrics in partnership with Logistics and outsourced logistics providers.
• Publish reports on in-stock availability, on-time in-full delivery, and channel inventory.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, global supply chain teams, strategic customers, RCC, and channel partners.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across end-to-end supply chain processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Kinaxis, SAP, or an equivalent order management system.
• Proficient written and spoken English required.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Tableau.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of evaluating data, developing solutions, and implementing improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
