What you will do

• Process DI orders from intake through confirmation and release with high accuracy.
• Coordinate shipment instructions, stock allocation, and label ordering in collaboration with supply chain partners.
• Manage the order book and ensure alignment with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Proactively address order changes due to supply constraints and handle delivery and compliance inquiries.
• Analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, cycle time, and OTIF to identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Planning, Sales, and Finance teams across global and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, merchandising, or sales operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain operations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau, Cognos, or SQL.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
