Partner Operations Manager (Automotive)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Travel of up to 50% is required.

Annual base pay: $79,386–$140,840 USD.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regional Partner Operations Specialists.
• Manage relationships with Vehicle Delivery Partners and serve as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams.
• Monitor partner performance metrics, resolve delivery issues, and improve delivery effectiveness and customer service.
• Validate monthly partner invoices, track actual costs against plan, and recommend process improvements.
• Implement vehicle and material inventory reporting and cycle-counting programs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support partners with vehicle repairs required before customer delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution, preferably with OEMs or dealers.
• Experience overseeing a team of Regional Support Specialists and relationships with third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across fulfillment, logistics, service, accessories, warehousing, material management, planning, and finance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or an equivalent field.
• Experience working in startup environments and building operational tools and processes.
