Operations Specialist I, Remote Assistance (Night Shift) (Robotics)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; night shift from 4 PM to 12 AM CST, five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Monitor autonomous robots using remote assistance tools and operational dashboards.
• Follow established workflows and step-by-step procedures for standard operational scenarios.
• Escalate technical and operational issues to shift leads or senior operators.
• Document observations, incidents, and actions accurately.
• Apply safety protocols and communication guidelines while learning new tools and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using web-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking ability, and adherence to defined processes.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience in operations, monitoring, customer support, or technical support.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Slack.
• Interest in technology, robotics, or operations.
