Head of Team for OS GmbH with German (m/f/d) (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Remote from Slovakia; preference for working from the Košice office at least 25% of the working time. Remote work is available only within Slovakia.

Salary: Negotiable base salary from €1,500 gross per month, plus variable pay and other financial benefits.

Provides IT infrastructure services, designing, operating, and supporting modern IT systems for medium-sized companies and maintaining critical business processes.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a team of up to 20 colleagues, serving as the main contact for daily planning and team steering.
• Provide disciplinary leadership, individual development, coaching, and motivation support.
• Communicate company and team goals, deadlines, plans, and performance expectations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, German counterparts, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance, utilization, and budgets, and implement improvement measures.
• Act in accordance with applicable legislation and the Slovak Labour Code.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
• General understanding of IT and IT infrastructure.
• Leadership, including virtual leadership, communication, conflict handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Resource and financial management skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• German at B2 level and English at B2 level.
