Sr Engineer (Drive & HSA Maintenance Spare Parts Management)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite role

hirify.global Technology operates a large manufacturing facility in Korat producing cloud-based storage equipment, from storage components to finished drives.

What you will do

• Manage Drive and HSA store operations to support production requirements and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Control spending, spare-parts inventory, stock accuracy, and Min/Max inventory levels.
• Oversee storage, handling, disposal, and scrap activities for obsolete, expired, unusable, and chemical materials in compliance with safety and legal requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop operational employees while driving quality, safety, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, Logistics, and support functions; prepare operational reports and presentations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in store or warehouse management, spending and inventory management, or material control.
• Experience leading teams and developing operational-level employees.
• Knowledge of waste management, chemical handling, safety requirements, and EHS compliance.
• Understanding of warehouse management systems, stock control, and inventory management principles; SAP or another WMS is relevant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong data analysis, reporting, presentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
