What you will do
- Coordinate daily activities with service providers, customers, internal departments, and overseas offices.
- Perform customs e-paperless processing to support Transcon shipments.
- Enter shipment points and determine suitable routing options.
- Handle shipment data analysis and prepare daily delivery reports.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments while maintaining complete transport shipment records.
- Support transportation management and respond to general enquiries.
Requirements
- University degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Computer knowledge and typing skills.
