Senior Manager, IT PMO & Integration (IT)

Location: Dallas, Texas or Westminster, Colorado; hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel of up to 10%

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise IT project and portfolio management, prioritization, governance, and delivery alignment.
• Oversee PMO standards, methodologies, reporting, resource planning, and execution tracking.
• Coordinate technology due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close activities for acquisitions.
• Manage consulting partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accountability and delivery discipline.
• Support IT budgeting, forecasting, project financial tracking, and resource capacity planning.
• Provide executive reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives for IT operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project, program, or PMO leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, governance processes, and resource planning.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale business transformation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dallas, Texas or Westminster, Colorado, with occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with consulting firms and multi-vendor environments.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, SDLC, and project governance practices.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or another relevant project management certification.
