Senior Technical Program Manager, E2E Portfolio Management (AI)

Location: United States, multiple locations; remote with less than 25% in-office work

Salary: USD $119,800–$234,700 per year across the U.S.; USD $160,200–$261,000 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area

What you will do

• Own the weekly AMERS End to End Project Delivery Review, including data readiness, pre-read preparation, facilitation, escalations, and follow-up actions.
• Reconcile risk, schedule, capacity, and milestone data from multiple systems and produce accurate, decision-ready portfolio views.
• Define program goals, success criteria, metrics, schedules, dependencies, and delivery plans for the portfolio review and related automation.
• Partner with engineering, construction, networking, operations, delivery leads, functional pillars, and analytics teams to resolve data quality and reporting gaps.
• Build Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Power BI reports and dashboards, AI agents, and Copilot-based solutions to automate reporting, reconciliation, summarization, and communications.
• Maintain SharePoint information architecture and establish documentation, templates, governance, and enablement for team-built automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, data analytics/science, or equivalent experience, plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects involving architecture, engineering, procurement, construction, networking, building management, or equivalent areas.
• Experience in technical program management, planning, execution, data analysis, automation or AI management, and stakeholder alignment in complex organizations.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and 1+ year of reading or writing code.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, DAX, AI agents, Copilot solutions, and SharePoint administration.
• Experience owning recurring executive-level reviews, reconciling data under hard deadlines, and facilitating senior leadership discussions.
• Datacenter construction or other complex infrastructure and construction program experience.
