Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio

Location: Remote in the USA; office options in Daytona Beach, Florida, or Plano, Texas.

Salary: $140,000 annual.

What you will do

• Own and govern the Infrastructure & Operations project portfolio, aligning initiatives with enterprise strategy, technology roadmaps, priorities, and resource capacity.
• Lead large-scale programs involving cloud adoption, data center modernization, network transformation, endpoint management, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and IT service management.
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, operational spending, executive reporting, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers while promoting consistent PMO methodologies and governance practices.
• Coordinate technology, business, finance, security, compliance, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver initiatives.
• Transition infrastructure solutions into operational support through documentation, training, monitoring, service management, recovery procedures, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management, including Infrastructure & Operations initiatives.
• Experience managing concurrent projects or portfolios with cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of cloud services, networking, compute, storage, endpoint management, IT service management, and operational support models.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, budgeting, executive reporting, and resource planning skills.

Nice to have

• Enterprise infrastructure transformation or modernization experience.
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
• ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-aligned environments.
• Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud, PPM tools, or enterprise governance framework experience.
