Senior Program Analyst (Software Procurement)

Location: Remote within the USA; candidates must reside in AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, ID, MD, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WV. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $121,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise software acquisition requirements planning and acquisition strategy development.
• Prepare procurement documentation, including PWS, SOW, SOO, SON, IGCEs, market research reports, alternatives analyses, business cases, and solicitation materials.
• Coordinate software renewal calendars, schedules, dependencies, risks, action items, and governance decision points.
• Incorporate software usage, licensing posture, liabilities, financial data, and asset-management information into procurement and renewal recommendations.
• Develop acquisition milestone documentation, executive reports, governance briefings, and source-selection materials.
• Coordinate with program managers, technical teams, acquisition professionals, financial stakeholders, CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and residence in one of the specified U.S. states are required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, information technology, or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in Federal procurement, program analysis, software acquisition, or software category management.
• Experience with software procurement, renewals, acquisition package development, stakeholder coordination, and procurement scheduling.
• Strong technical and business writing, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with FAA AMS, FAST, ASRB, SCRB, iViews, or comparable Federal acquisition processes and systems.
• Experience with enterprise software licensing, software asset management, and major software renewal activities.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
