Facilities Engineer II

Location: On-site at the Fremont, California facility, United States. Travel: None.

Salary: $76,918.40–$100,006.40 estimated annual base salary.

What you will do

• Plan and support tool installations, facility renovations, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Review drawings, blueprints, specifications, reports, and facility data for project planning and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate daily work with facilities technicians and provide technical support.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal customers across planning, design, construction, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, reports, RFPs/RFQs, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, costs, contractor performance, construction activities, maintenance planning, and compliance with codes, permits, safety, environmental standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, facilities project management, construction, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety, utility, and other facility systems.
• Experience with facility projects, tool installations, renovations, maintenance planning, or equipment upgrades.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field.
