Salary: $106,300–$146,200 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage recruiting, retention, employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, and daily HR operations for the Bloomfield manufacturing site.
• Lead training, managerial and supervisory development, succession planning, talent development, and performance management for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave programs, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Partner with plant leadership, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Legal, and Safety teams on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, workers' compensation, and safety performance.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, kaizen events, standard work, and the Key Operator Certification Program.
• Manage compliance with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, affirmative action, employment laws, and regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, facilitation, conflict-resolution, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or a master's degree in Human Resources Management.
• PHR or SHRM certification.
• Knowledge of employee relations, employment law, regulatory compliance, and Lean principles.
• Experience with 5S programs, standard work development, and Microsoft Office applications.
