Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote across all U.S. states

Builds tax preparation software that helps individuals and professional tax firms identify credits, deductions, and maximum refunds.

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for professional tax portals, document import, platform evolution, and new product innovation.
• Lead annual tax-season planning and implementation of federal and state tax law updates within fixed regulatory deadlines.
• Improve preparer workflows for return preparation, review, and electronic filing using customer insights and data.
• Partner with engineering on performance, architecture, technical priorities, and reliability in a mission-critical environment.
• Discover and validate new product opportunities through customer research, data, experiments, and market trends.
• Lead initiatives from ideation and validation through MVP, launch, and early scale, including opportunities involving AI, automation, and cloud capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management experience in software.
• Experience building or scaling cloud-based or SaaS products.
• Experience managing complex release cycles under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize using customer value, business impact, effort, and regulatory constraints.
• High attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to balance innovation with operational excellence.
