Senior Product Manager (Benefits)

What you will do

• Own the benefits infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and long-term unification across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and customer HR systems.
• Lead complex integrations with carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, benefits platforms, and customer HR systems using APIs and file/EDI-based workflows.
• Deliver benefit-cost migrations, retirement plan administration, provider-agnostic cost ingestion, country activations, partner onboarding, and go-live validation.
• Build consistent benefits experiences, proactive compliance monitoring, and data flows for cost, eligibility, and enrollment.
• Resolve benefit-cost data incidents and develop reconciliation, discrepancy-reporting, and unmapped-cost alerting tools.
• Manage the full benefits partner lifecycle and collaborate with Partnerships on commercial terms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes.
• Ability to design for APIs and agent-facing tooling as well as human-facing products.
• Experience making strategic and tactical product decisions under deadline pressure.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication across Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal/Compliance.
• Ability to read data-mapping specifications and reason about synchronization, reconciliation, idempotency, settlement thresholds, and migration sequencing.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial partnerships in addition to technical integrations.
• Experience in benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech.
