Product Lead - AI Finance

What you will do

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
• Define customer problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
• Partner with engineering and design to prioritize, build, launch, and iterate on products.
• Collaborate with data, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure products are measurable, scalable, viable, and compliant.
• Use metrics, customer feedback, research, experiments, and post-launch insights to improve product decisions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a comparable product-focused role.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, usable experiences.
• Experience working closely with engineers and designers to deliver products from concept through launch.
• Ability to use metrics, research, experimentation, customer feedback, and production insights to guide decisions.
• Strong communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, ownership, and independent decision-making skills.
• Strong English communication skills are required; English is the primary working language across global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or other high-growth product environments.
• Experience building AI-powered financial products or consumer applications.
