TL;DR
Material Planning Intern, Business Analytics (Supply Chain/Excel): Improving raw-material planning spreadsheets and SAP reporting to translate media demand into material requirements with an accent on analytical modeling, production planning, and buyer collaboration. Focus on building advanced Excel templates, analyzing commodity-level material plans, and developing tables, charts, and workflow presentations.

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W2. Travel: None.

What you will do

  • Analyze current material planning by commodity and identify opportunities to improve Excel planning sheets.
  • Develop projects that enhance raw-material planning files based on media demand.
  • Review Materials SAP reports and collaborate with buyers on improvements.
  • Support supply chain operations, production planning, and scheduling efficiency as material requirements change.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical proficiency and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including linked files, formulas, criteria setting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience creating Excel tables and charts.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Availability for the full internship period from January to May/August.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing workflows in PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills.
