Business Operation Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

What you will do

• Plan and schedule accessory shipments to factories, distribution centres, and customers.
• Monitor supply, inventory levels, shipment status, material availability, shortages, and supply risks.
• Support accessory allocation, fulfilment decisions, New Product Introduction, product transition, End-of-Life, and Last Time Buy activities.
• Compile operational metrics, prepare reports, and analyse demand and supply data using planning systems and business intelligence tools.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Factory Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Support business reviews, governance meetings, and operational war rooms with structured risk and action reporting.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; typically up to 6 months of experience in a supply chain function.
• Good interpersonal skills and developing business acumen.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus analytical tools.
• Basic understanding of project management, Material Requirements Planning, Available-to-Promise, inventory analysis, and import/export compliance.
