What you will do

• Manage sales processes, back-office operations, order types, invoice points, requests, pegging, invoicing, expedites, and change requests.
• Coordinate demand RTF/PRF activities and communication between customers, sales teams, business units, and factories.
• Design analytics for forecasting, budgeting, planning, supply optimization, and revenue strategy.
• Build foundational datasets and improve data quality, availability, governance, visualization, and reporting.
• Develop sales operations processes covering customer supply chain management and compliance tracking.
• Identify root causes in sales data, drive resolutions, and train team members on sales processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer foundry operations, FPGA, and related industry practices.
• Experience with ERP systems used in semiconductor manufacturing, such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution order management or SAP S/4HANA SD certification.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with supply management, demand forecasting, and operations is required for the role.
• Willingness to work in the hybrid model in Penang, Malaysia, including on-site work at the assigned site.
