TL;DR
Sales Operations Analyst (Semiconductor): Managing sales operations, forecasting, supply planning, and business intelligence for semiconductor manufacturing in coordination with customers, sales teams, business units, and factories with an accent on SAP order management, data governance, and revenue and supply optimization. Focus on building actionable datasets, identifying root causes in sales data, improving reporting capabilities, and managing customer demand and invoicing processes.
Location: Penang, Malaysia; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned site and off-site work.

What you will do
- Manage sales processes, back-office activities, order types, invoice points, JIRA requests, invoicing, expedites, and change requests.
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, business units, and factories to optimize supply and revenue.
- Manage customer demand RTF/PRF activities and support forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
- Build foundational datasets and deliver analytics, business ligence, visualizations, and reports for sales decision-making.
- Improve data quality, availability, governance standards, and sales operations processes across teams.
- Identify root causes of sales issues, drive resolutions, and train team members on sales processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer foundry operations, FPGA, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems used in semiconductor manufacturing, including SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution order management or SAP S/4HANA SD certification.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Availability for Shift 1 in Malaysia and the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience with foundry operations.
- Understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, and operations.
