IT Business Analyst - Execution, AP Supply Chain

What you will do

• Support the supply chain IT business partner in implementing technical and solution roadmaps for supply chain execution.
• Collect, analyze, document, and communicate business needs from logistics, customer service, and other supply chain execution functions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and evaluate integration and buy-versus-build options.
• Work with solution architects, consultants, developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business expectations.
• Track project progress in an agile delivery lifecycle, review test plans, facilitate UAT sessions, and escalate issues.
• Gather post-implementation feedback, support adoption, improve processes and solutions, and remove obsolete processes when needed.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a business analyst with WMS or TMS; candidates with less experience may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Clear communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering requirements through user interviews, workshops, and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with order systems, SAP, or B2C solutions.
• Project management experience.
