Team Lead - MRO (Control Valves)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the application engineering team; allocate work and set priorities for enquiries and orders.
• Oversee customer enquiry reviews, verify information for quotations, and assess technical, cost, delivery, and compliance requirements.
• Supervise the selection, sizing, and pricing of control valves, actuators, and spares.
• Coordinate techno-commercial offers, customer meetings, responses to queries, contractual document submissions, and approvals.
• Track offer progress, maintain accurate ERP updates, prepare quote and order forecasts, and hand over order files to the contracts team.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, inspectors, and cross-functional teams on inspections, A3 strategy progress, and MDI progress.

Requirements

• B.E., B.Tech, or higher completed as a full-time degree; part-time and correspondence degrees are not eligible.
• At least 10 years of experience, including significant experience leading application engineering and contract management functions.
• Expertise in control valve applications, valve and actuator sizing, instrumentation, project management, and commercial terms and conditions.
• Knowledge of product specifications, codes and standards, manufacturing processes, material testing, NDE, standardization, and general arrangement drawings.
• Knowledge of applicable requirements including API Monogram, IBR, PED, ATEX, MD, SIL, CUTR, SCOMET, API 6A Choke, and API 6A PSL and PR.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems.
