Senior Data Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote (US)

Estimated base pay range: $150,000–$188,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define, communicate, and execute a data product roadmap that delivers actionable insights for sellers and internal users.
• Gather data use cases and shape a next-generation data warehouse focused on efficiency and performance.
• Identify, research, prioritize, and validate product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with data engineering and an agile development team to define user stories, evaluate technical solutions, and coordinate delivery.
• Lead customer and stakeholder research, synthesize feedback, and develop business cases for new product initiatives.
• Define success criteria and measure product feature adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Understanding of data pipelines, schemas, and enabling data tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent analytical tools.
• Experience with Data APIs and leading cross-functional teams toward measurable impact.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment processors, gateways, acquiring banks, card networks, authorizations, and settlements.
