Staff Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote for candidates based in the United States or Canada; travel is required for selected in-person team and customer engagements.

Salary: $155,000–$225,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for platform modernization and enterprise-readiness initiatives.
• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery to identify enterprise problems, workflows, and product opportunities.
• Translate customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints into product requirements and shippable milestones.
• Sequence data ingestion, integrations, near-real-time processing, observability, reliability, and administrative experiences to maximize customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on architecture decisions, technical trade-offs, and complex multi-quarter initiatives.
• Define success metrics, coordinate launches and go-to-market readiness, and guide continuous product iteration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience owning end-to-end strategy and roadmaps for B2B SaaS products.
• Technical fluency in integrations, APIs, data pipelines, platform architecture, and enterprise-scale reliability.
• Experience leading complex multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and Data.
• Strong product discovery, prioritization, iterative validation, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for explaining technical trade-offs, risks, recommendations, and product decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other complex enterprise products.
• Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, OAuth, audit logs, and third-party SaaS integration patterns.
• Experience incorporating responsible AI capabilities into product development or strategy.
