Salary: $226,657–$283,322 USD per year; Oakland pay range: $243,936–$304,920 USD per year

What you will do

• Drive delivery of dbt Cloud and translate the product roadmap into clear, precise product requirements.
• Set product goals, manage priorities, and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers and downstream engineers to collect feedback and synthesize product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize, build, and ship enterprise-grade functionality.
• Balance product innovation with feedback from sales, the community, and customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product and project management, or deep experience in a related function such as analytics or open source.
• Comfort discussing, explaining, and reasoning about investments in a SaaS platform.
• Experience using or building data tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with dbt.
• Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark, or Presto.
