What you will do

• Work on strategy consulting projects across banking, insurance, energy, telecommunications, and other industries.
• Develop innovative corporate strategies from conception through implementation.
• Analyze critical business questions at the intersection of clients, business models, technology, and AI.
• Work directly with experienced consultants and contribute to client projects from the first assignment.
• Apply strategic thinking and practical implementation skills to help companies remain client-centric and successful in the AI age.

Requirements

• At least four relevant internships in management consulting or in an industry or service company within the core sectors.
• Very good Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced understanding of current AI technologies and their limitations, including Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMs, and Agents.
• Advanced proficiency with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Perplexity.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, self-initiative, implementation strength, practical orientation, confidence, and flexibility.
