Strategy Consultant (AI)

Location: Düsseldorf or Zurich; office-based work with client exposure and on-site training.

What you will do

• Work on challenging strategy consulting projects across banking, insurance, energy, telecommunications, and other industries.
• Create value for clients through strategic analysis and practical recommendations.
• Co-shape innovative corporate strategies from conception through implementation.
• Address critical questions at the intersection of client needs, business, technology, and artificial intelligence.
• Interact directly with clients from the first project and collaborate with experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• At least four relevant internships, for example in management consulting or in an industry or service company from the core sectors.
• Very good Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced understanding of current AI technologies and their limitations, including Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMs, and Agents.
• Advanced proficiency in GenAI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, and similar tools.
• Enthusiasm for strategy consulting, self-initiative, and engagement.
• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, high implementation strength, and practical orientation.
• Confident demeanor and flexibility.
