AI Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Bad Homburg, Germany, or Toronto, Canada

Salary for Toronto: CAD 119,040–160,040 annual, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

hirify.global’s SimCorp business operates in financial technology and develops solutions for financial services and investment management clients.

What you will do

• Partner with business functions to advise on and co-build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, no-code and low-code platforms.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and support delivery from testing and deployment through iteration.
• Advise on AI tool configuration, workflow integration, enterprise connectors and MCP servers.
• Develop reusable prompts, agents, workflow templates and integration patterns for a shared component repository.
• Assess proofs of concept and collaborate with the AI Foundation team on approved infrastructure, security and regulatory compliance.
• Support adoption through training materials, solution documentation, lessons learned and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or applied AI roles.
• Experience building or advising on AI solutions with no-code or low-code platforms, especially Copilot Studio and Claude.
• Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, MCP servers, system connectors and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Python and responsible AI, data privacy and enterprise security requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and structured problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required; the role is hybrid in Bad Homburg or Toronto.
