What you will do

• Partner with Sales and BDR on technical and methodological pre-sales, shape client solutions, carry proposals, build pipeline, expand existing accounts, and use UiPath, Microsoft, n8n, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Appian strategically.
• Lead value scans, quantify business outcomes, define KPIs and ROI, and build benefits-tracking models.
• Choose between process redesign, lower-risk non-AI solutions, and agentic AI; own the stack, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Design target operating models, Centers of Excellence, and governance covering the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Lead large-scale programs through discovery, process mining, prioritization, implementation, operations, and scale across workstreams and vendors.
• Build the DACH practice by developing methodologies, playbooks, standards, accelerators, career paths, certifications, and a small team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across consulting, operations, or engineering delivery with direct client accountability, including several years leading teams.
• Pre-sales credibility and a track record of account growth, especially expanding existing clients.
• Understanding of P&L topics including margin, utilization, pricing, and staffing.
• Experience delivering complex programs, including personally recovering at least one program.
• Depth in RPA, IDP, process mining, low-code, and agentic AI; practical knowledge of UiPath, Microsoft, and Celonis; and judgment when choosing agentic AI versus RPA.
• Fluency in operating models, CoE design, governance, and compliance, including the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Strong process analysis and design, workshop facilitation, design thinking, and change management skills.
• Executive presence with CIO, COO, and CDO stakeholders; business-fluent German and English.
