Project Leader, Tech and Digital Advantage - ERP (AI)

Location: Germany or Austria — Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne, or Vienna. The role involves providing on-site expertise.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams developing tailored ERP, technology, and AI-enabled transformation strategies for large enterprises.
• Drive global, end-to-end ERP-enabled business transformations across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Connect technology with operating models, processes, data, and AI to deliver measurable impact from strategy through execution.
• Provide on-site expertise on ERP strategy, transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and value creation plans.
• Advise senior executives on ERP modernization and enterprise transformation programs.
• Mentor and coach consultants and collaborate with engineers, designers, software architects, and data scientists.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading ERP strategy, modernization, or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable ERP solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams delivering complex client projects.
• Experience working with clients across various industries and helping them create sustainable value.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear and persuasive communication at C-suite level and the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Fluent German at C1 level and fluent English.
