Field Officer (Agriculture)

Location: South Luzon, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. The role involves frequent travel across the assigned territory and requires working Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Execute product demonstrations, retailer visits, farmer engagements, field meetings, and move-out sales activities.
• Support demand creation and marketing programs aligned with crop cycles and customer needs.
• Monitor competitor launches, promotions, pricing, and other market developments.
• Collect and report information on crop development, farmer practices, market conditions, sales movement, and territory challenges.
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and key farmers while supporting product adoption and sales growth.
• Provide accurate product education, technical support, stewardship guidance, customer records, and territory updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, field extension, technical support, or a related role; strong agricultural knowledge may qualify fresh graduates.
• Knowledge of crop protection products, crop management practices, agricultural markets, and farming communities.
• Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory are required.
