Sales Manager (Channel Sales)

Location: Taguig, Philippines; must be based in Cagayan De Oro and cover Regions 9, 10, and 13.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for hirify.global CBG products, mainly Scotchbrite.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and strategic key accounts.
• Manage and expand key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and execute account growth plans.
• Monitor competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Conduct business reviews with channel partners and strategic key accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong business acumen, customer relationship management, and territory management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales actions; proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Cagayan De Oro, cover Regions 9, 10, and 13, travel as needed, and hold a valid driver’s license.
