Surgical Regional Marketing Head - SEA (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead and drive marketing teams across Southeast Asian cluster markets and distributor markets.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to support regional strategy.
• Develop value propositions and coordinated responses to competitor launches and activities.
• Plan product launches, assess readiness, coordinate clinical and product education, and conduct post-launch optimization.
• Define market segmentation and targeting approaches for regional campaigns and portfolio expansion.
• Establish marketing capability frameworks, standard processes, governance, tools, and analytics across the region.

Requirements

• Science or Commercial/Marketing degree.
• At least 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years at Marketing Manager level, in the healthcare industry.
• Strategic marketing expertise with the ability to develop creative ideas and initiatives.
• Experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing marketing teams and distributors while maintaining accountability.
• Strong prioritization, deadline management, written and verbal communication, and KOL relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel.
