Global Marketing Manager (Health Care)

What you will do

• Develop high-quality healthcare content and thought leadership with HCPA leaders and subject matter experts.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across web, digital, media, social, leadership communications, events, and partnerships.
• Develop strategic events and client relationship programmes for targeted, personalized engagement.
• Strengthen experts’ external visibility through media engagement, speaking opportunities, podcasts, panels, and roundtables.
• Manage marketing plans, budgets, resources, timelines, measurement, and campaign performance.
• Identify and implement AI opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaigns, strategic marketing, or publishing.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing or go-to-market programmes supporting business priorities and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of earned, owned, and paid marketing, with strong writing, storytelling, presentation, and narrative-development skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, plus curiosity about AI and its impact on marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B marketing, consulting, professional services, or Health Care.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, Power BI, Tableau, Sprinklr, or Signal AI.
• Experience with healthcare sectors, topics, clients, and competitive landscapes.
