Regional Marketing Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Regional role supporting PDS-affiliated healthcare offices; community involvement and local events are required.

Salary: $69,300–$95,800 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate community involvement programs, including media placement and design.
• Adapt media, promotional materials, and displays for community marketing.
• Develop regional marketing strategies using print media, direct mail, community events, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with graphic design teammates and manage media creation and placement deadlines.
• Edit, proofread, and coordinate marketing media for affiliated offices with close attention to detail.
• Oversee Regional Marketing Coordinators and Assistants and support their career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
• Four to six years of experience in a marketing function.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, process focus, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-service focused approach.
• Equivalent combinations of experience and training may be considered.
