TL;DR

Senior Regional Marketing Manager (SaaS/AI): Driving pipeline growth and executing regional marketing programs for the EMEA market with an accent on account-based marketing (ABM) and field events. Focus on partnering with sales leadership to translate global strategies into locally relevant programs and managing end-to-end event ROI.

Location: Must be based in London, UK to work side by side with sales leadership; travel required.

What you will do

  • Execute regional ABM programs, including account selection, messaging localization, and performance tracking.
  • Translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant programs to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Manage the EMEA events calendar, from third-party conferences to hosted executive roundtables.
  • Collaborate daily with Sales leadership in London to align marketing activity with territory plans.
  • Localize global messaging and content for specific audiences, verticals, and personas in EMEA.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget with clear accountability for pipeline influence and ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or field marketing role covering EMEA.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in partnership with enterprise Sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Proficiency in Claude AI and experience using Project and Cowork in daily workflows.
  • Ability to travel and maintain some overlap of working hours with California HQ.
  • Must be based in London.
