Cloud Support Engineer (SRE Development)

Annual base pay: $149,800–$224,600

What you will do

• Monitor SaaS application metrics, logs, and alerts to identify and prevent service disruptions.
• Support a 24/7 operational model focused on high availability and performance.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, troubleshooting issues and owning incidents through resolution.
• Analyze incidents and operational data to provide actionable insights to development teams.
• Design and implement automation for incident response, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing.
• Contribute to scalable, resilient infrastructure supporting AI inference workloads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Understanding of SaaS environments and cloud-based architectures, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python.
• Knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, ticketing systems, and core troubleshooting practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, or other monitoring and configuration management tools.
• Exposure to SRE and reliability engineering practices.
• Knowledge of networking, PostgreSQL, Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
