Senior Product Manager – Website & Commerce Experience (Fintech)

hirify.global is a digital tax filing platform formed from Drake Software and TaxAct, providing professional and do-it-yourself tax preparation products.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of the TaxAct, Drake Software, and 1040.com websites.
• Improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, navigation, accessibility, site performance, and user journeys.
• Own CMS strategy, governance, publishing capabilities, workflows, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage the end-to-end ecommerce funnel and lead A/B testing, personalization, landing page optimization, and conversion initiatives.
• Define requirements, user stories, success metrics, acceptance criteria, and product backlog priorities.
• Lead discovery, planning, development, launches, optimization, stakeholder alignment, and Agile execution.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in digital products, ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology.
• Experience owning website experiences, digital products, or ecommerce platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and business value.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful.
