Critical Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center)

What you will do

• Support continuous uptime for the data center and customer infrastructure.
• Develop and review methods of procedure and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate customer application implementations, including space, power, and network preparation.
• Manage technical aspects of facility operations, including power and HVAC systems.
• Prepare technical facility presentations, monthly reports, and operational metrics.
• Provide technical support and resolve day-to-day facility issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of facility operations and management experience in the data center industry.
• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, generators, mechanical systems, and general industry networking technologies.
• Strong supervisory capabilities and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and proposal design skills.
• Familiarity with field concepts, practices, codes, standards, environmental and safety regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
