What you will do

• Lead operational strategy and end-to-end supply chain activities, including inbound/outbound logistics and warehousing.
• Manage partnerships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight partners, and operational suppliers.
• Establish scalable operational processes, controls, and governance frameworks to support business growth.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, manage operational budgets, and support commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Global Operations to deliver regional objectives.
• Develop a high-performing customer service capability for retail partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management.
• Background in consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, gifting, toys, or wholesale industries.
• Proven track record of managing 3PL providers and external operational partners.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness for budget and cost control.
