What you will do

• Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives and develop structured process improvement frameworks to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and conduct root cause analysis on operational failures to recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze operational data and automate dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Manage cross-functional improvement projects from the planning phase through to successful implementation.
• Develop operational training modules and coach staff on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with operations leaders to drive the adoption of a data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, business analytics, or operations management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within logistics, courier, supply chain, or warehousing environments.
• Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with measurable business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or Python.
