Senior Associate Project Manager (Medtech)

Location: On-site in Lake Forest, California, United States; travel up to 10%

What you will do

• Coordinate defined projects or significant workstreams using core project management practices.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resources.
• Drive execution cadence, action closure, schedule updates, and cross-functional planning.
• Facilitate risk and issue reviews, maintaining mitigation, contingency, decision, and change records.
• Track forecasts, actuals, accrual inputs, resources, variances, and recovery actions.
• Prepare governance materials, facilitate meetings, and contribute lessons learned and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative education and experience combinations may qualify.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills required.
• Ability to work on-site in Lake Forest, California.
• Ability to establish reliable plans and controls, communicate transparently, and maintain accurate project data.
