Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States; travel to local, national, and international customer sites is required as necessary.

Salary: $74,000–$110,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and provide management oversight for customer-facing implementation projects.
• Manage multiple projects or project phases, schedules, project plans, contracts, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, technical resources, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Manage customer expectations and relationships while maintaining high customer service and satisfaction.
• Support requirements clarification, project acceptance, closure, revenue recognition, accounting, security, and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend and conduct project kick-off, status, planning, technical requirements, and closure meetings at customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of external customer-facing project-related experience.
• Basic understanding of PMI concepts and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with personal computers and applications including Salesforce, Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, and other software.
• Strong organization, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and customer management skills.
• Must not require current or future ZOLL immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, STEM, or OPT sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, healthcare, or software support.
• Ability to quickly learn healthcare workflows, technical concepts, and project management practices.
