Project Manager (Healthcare Software)

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States; travel to local, national, and international customer sites may be required.

Annual salary: $74,000–$110,000.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee customer-facing technology implementation projects and multiple project phases.
• Manage customer relationships, expectations, project schedules, contracts, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project plans, clarify evolving requirements, and coordinate internal and customer resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting changing priorities and implementation challenges.
• Drive project acceptance and closure, customer satisfaction, accurate revenue recognition, and compliance with accounting and security requirements.
• Conduct or attend kick-off, status, planning, technical requirements, and closure meetings at customer sites as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of external customer-facing project-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of PMI concepts and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with personal computers and tools such as Salesforce, Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, and other software.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and independent working skills.
