Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: 25% in-office hybrid in Boston, MA or Maitland, FL

Salary: $66,800–$113,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent client implementations from kickoff through successful production launch.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, decisions, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and translate complex workstreams into actionable activities.
• Facilitate outcome-driven meetings, document decisions and action items, and drive accountability across client and internal teams.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor by adapting communication to different audiences and maintaining confidence throughout delivery.
• Identify process improvements, capture lessons learned, and contribute to implementation methodology and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, or client-facing work.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization, planning, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new industries, technologies, and business processes quickly.
• Ability to work in a 25% in-office hybrid arrangement in Boston, MA or Maitland, FL.
• Enterprise client experience is preferred; healthcare, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, or financial services experience is a plus.
