What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent client implementations from kickoff to successful production launch.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, managing scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate outcome-driven meetings and ensure clear communication and action items.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing their needs with business objectives.
• Identify and implement improvements to implementation processes, templates, and tools.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and track milestones.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, or client-facing consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA or Maitland, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise clients.
• Background in healthcare, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, or financial services.
• PMP certification.
