Account Manager (Cloud)

What you will do

• Manage client relationships across data center, cloud, and managed services offerings.
• Coordinate new service delivery, ongoing operations, implementations, and customer communications.
• Lead customer meetings, account reviews, reporting, escalations, and crisis communications.
• Monitor incidents, review incident reports, analyze service trends, and execute problem-management cure plans.
• Support billing issue resolution, customer orders, service changes, audits, and account documentation.
• Develop account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage renewals to support revenue retention and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of sales account management experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in data centers, telecommunications, IT, cloud, managed services, or networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to communicate with peers, senior leaders, and C-level client and company executives.
• Availability to serve as an escalation point for production-impacting incidents 24/7.
