Senior UI/UX Designer (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CA$110K–CA$130K per year

What you will do

• Define the overall user experience strategy, design system, and content architecture for the e-commerce site.
• Lead a complete overhaul of site journeys and navigation across channels.
• Create end-to-end designs, from low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Monitor user behavior analytics and site performance to identify opportunities for improved conversion and experience quality.
• Lead and participate in user research, competitive analysis, and design-thinking activities.
• Collaborate independently and cross-functionally with technology, digital products, marketing, and other departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, digital product design, or visual/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, user-centered solutions to complex problems, particularly in e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, user experience, HCI, psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, and UXPin.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities and limitations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
