Senior Web Designer (AI)

Location: United States or Canada

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 USD base salary or $135,000–$155,000 CAD base salary, depending on level and experience.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the website design system, including scalable patterns, component libraries, and governance standards.
• Lead end-to-end web design projects from concept and user research through interaction design, prototyping, and technical hand-off.
• Improve user experience, conversion, and accessibility across poly.ai and related web properties through exploration, prototyping, and user testing.
• Establish best practices for responsive design and design-system governance.
• Present designs, run demos, and explain design decisions to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate workflows and explore new interaction paradigms for Voice AI websites.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional design experience, with significant experience in web and digital product design at a senior or lead level.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience design, interaction design, responsive web design, and design-system architecture.
• Deep experience building, scaling, and governing design systems for multiple teams and use cases.
• Strong command of modern design tools such as Figma and ability to work at the intersection of design and front-end development, including pixel-level specifications and technical hand-offs.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows, design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and cross-functional critiques.
• Demonstrable B2B experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, including creative work for complex sales and campaign journeys.

Nice to have

• Motion design and video editing experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology.
• Exposure to enterprise CX, hospitality, financial services, or healthcare.
