Senior Web Designer (AI)

Location: United States or Canada; work-from-home support is provided

Base salary: $170,000–$185,000 USD or $165,000–$180,000 CAD annually, depending on level and experience.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the website design system, including scalable patterns, component libraries, and governance standards.
• Lead web projects from user research and concept development through interaction design, prototyping, and technical hand-off.
• Improve user experience, conversion, and accessibility across poly.ai and related web properties through exploration and testing.
• Establish best practices for responsive design, accessibility, and design-system governance.
• Present design work through demos, reviews, and stakeholder discussions with marketing and cross-functional partners.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate workflows and explore new interaction models for a Voice AI website.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional design experience with substantial web and digital product design work at a senior or lead level.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience design, interaction design, responsive web design, and design-system architecture.
• Strong experience building, scaling, and governing design systems for multiple teams and use cases.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and ability to provide pixel-level specifications and technical hand-offs to web engineers.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows, stakeholder presentations, design reviews, and cross-functional critiques.
• Demonstrable B2B experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, including sales and campaign creative for complex buying journeys.

Nice to have

• Motion design and video editing experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology.
• Exposure to enterprise CX, hospitality, financial services, or healthcare.
