Specialist Web Designer (Webflow)

hirify.global is a global digital agency of around 60 people specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth.

What you will do

• Design user-centred web interfaces from initial concept through developer handoff, primarily in Figma and Webflow.
• Create content wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate narrative flow, user journeys, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.
• Present concepts to clients, gather requirements, and iterate on feedback.
• Work with project managers, copywriters, and strategists to align designs with client goals, brand guidelines, and timelines.
• Contribute to shared design systems, internal resources, and studio-wide quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web UI and UX design, preferably in a studio or agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail across website design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and how designs are built in Webflow or similar modern web platforms.
• Experience collaborating across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Clear communication, strong time management, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools.
• Webflow experience is a strong advantage.
