Senior UI/UX Designer (GenAI)

Location: New York City, NY or Montreal, Canada

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 base compensation

What you will do

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Translate research insights into design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders on requirements and priorities.
• Iterate on designs using user feedback and business requirements.
• Advocate for intuitive user experiences and communicate design decisions effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and GenAI features.
