Lead Learning & Development Specialist (AdTech)

Location: Fully remote for candidates residing in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI

Salary: $97,000–$121,000 annually plus variable compensation

What you will do

• Assess tool- and platform-specific training needs using data, interviews, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Design and deliver training for platforms including Skai, Intentwise, MerchantSpring, SmartScout, AMC, and future tools.
• Translate complex technical and platform content into clear training for diverse audiences.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, microlearning, job aids, digital resources, and certification frameworks.
• Manage training programs end to end, including scope, scheduling, stakeholder communication, rollouts, and evaluation.
• Measure training effectiveness through learning analytics, platform reporting, certification outcomes, and participant feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or talent development, ideally focused on technical or tool training.
• Experience designing and facilitating corporate training for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with LMS, authoring tools, platform reporting and analytics tools, and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to translate technical or jargon-heavy content into clear, usable training materials.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce, Amazon, an agency, or a brand environment.
