Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$110,000–CA$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies, vision, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and use cases aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, user testing, and industry research to identify opportunities and validate problems.
• Drive product development from concept to launch with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, customer success, and BI teams.
• Define product positioning, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and launch communications.
• Define and analyze product success metrics, verification performance indicators, profitability models, ROI, and cost-of-delay scenarios.
• Assess technologies and make buy/build/partner decisions while monitoring delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and launch timelines.

Requirements

• Deep experience with product development processes, methodologies, best practices, product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
• Proven experience developing and launching software products, preferably in a global or fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and customer success.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, data analysis, experiments, and product usage statistics.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Must be based in Canada for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS industry and enterprise-level or B2B SaaS product management.
• Experience with go-to-market strategies, product positioning, decision engines, and billing systems.
• Certifications or specialized training in product management or related fields.
• Experience working with global remote teams.
